In daily life, we like to spread fried snacks, especially when we go to the food street at night, we basically eat from the street to the end of the street.

But after all, the stall fried snacks are relatively fast, and eating more food will cause greater harm to the body, so it is recommended that everyone eat as little as possible.

If you can’t control yourself, you can cook at home. If you cook at home, you won’t buy so many varieties, and you won’t overdo it.

Here are a few popular stall fried snacks that I compiled for everyone. The methods are simple and you can make them yourself when you want to eat.

1. Fried carp material: flour, eggs, brown sugar, water, peanuts, sugar (for filling), black sesame, shredded coconut, a sprig of biscuits, peanut oil.

Method: Fry the peanuts, crush them after cooling, and crush the biscuits. Pour into the peanuts, then add the sugar, black sesame, and coconut shredded filling. Put the water in the pot to boil, and add brown sugar to cookThe flower melts into syrup. Pour eggs into the flour. Slowly add brown sugar and dough (add the syrup to the side and the noodles, and add as much as you like, not necessarily all the syrup). Use a rolling pin to roll the doughRoll into a large sheet of thin crust, and use glass cups to buckle each round corner crust, or directly knead it by hand. Put the appropriate amount of filling in the middle of the corner crust, close it on the opposite side, and pinch the flowers on the edges.Put the oil in the pot and heat it to the proper temperature. First put a horned simmer in the pan to try the oil temperature. If you think the temperature is suitable, add more horned scallions and fry them into golden yellow. You can eat them when they are cold, crispy and delicious.
2. Crispy deep-fried fresh milk materials: 2 cups of fresh milk, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, a little salt, 5g of unsalted butter, 6 tablespoons of corn flour, 100g of commercially available crispy flour, 150g of water, method: first use 120cc freshAdd milk and corn flour and mix well (similar to thickened water).

After the remaining milk is warmed, turn to low heat and add sugar, salt, and cream until the sugar melts. Pour in method 1 (remember to stir it), turn it off after boiling, put it on a flat plate and let it cool for 4 hours.

Commercially available crispy flour 100g, water 150g (other mixing is sufficient), after 4 hours, heat the oil pan to 160 degrees, cut the jelly into pieces, wrap in paste, and fry for about 20 seconds until golden and crispy.

Freshly fried milk will burst, be careful of hot mouth.
