Ruibo Machinery Technology is a company with forging die, aluminum magnesium die casting, liquid die forging and other lightweight molds and products as the main business. The company has 48 members, including 8 people in R&D and technology department, 22 people in production department, 12 people in processing department, 2 people in quality Department and 4 people in other departments. Annual output of more than 300 sets of molds, the total annual output value of about 45 million RMB.
The main production of molds include: forging die, cutting die, liquid die forging extrusion die body structure die, 5G communication die, etc.
Main research and development: automation accessories and preliminary research and development samples and gage production, lightweight structural parts, vacuum die casting mold, fine cutting die.
Main equipment: 8 sets of high speed machine, 6 sets of EDM spark machine, 9 sets of medium wire, 1 set of three coordinate, 1 set of mold closing machine, etc.
